Just to give a little background about the ugly experience I had at Aspen Dental Dawsonville. Moved to Dawsonville 2 years ago and was looking to change my dentist as the one I generally go to is in Alpharetta. I am a first time patient at Aspen Dental Dawsonville GA. I came in as an emergency visit. I was in severe pain! One Dentist told me there was nothing wrong and decided to lecture me on oral care including inappropriate scare tactics. A 2nd Dentist came in as "back up" with the exact deminour and behavior then pushed for a deep cleaning completely disregarding my pain. Next I am being sent home with no real diagnosis or future plans to further investigate my pain. I go to another dentist to get a 2nd opinion desperately. had tooth pulled on the 15th of june and still in major pain doctor on call does not call you have called 3 times trying to get help ....
I left in tears hyperventilating today. Maybe give your dental assistants a class on basic respect. Amber is most definitely a mean girl who should not be working with the public. ive never felt so embarrassed and bad about myself in my life. Do with this information what you feel is best. all I know is I will never recommend.

Went in to get a loose crown looked at. They looked at my teeth and told me I was on the verge of full blown gum disease. Told me I needed a $900.00 dollar cleaning and antibiotic past. Quoted me $6.5k to fix my crown. I’ve always had good teeth so I went and got another opinion. I was told my teeth and gums were in excellent shape. That I was no were near having gum disease. Was quoted $3.5k to fix my crown by the 2nd dentist I went to. Bottom line, definitely very dishonest about the health of my teeth.
All I wanted was a filling replaced and left with a 5 thousand dollar treatment plan. So — I still can’t eat. Now I have to find a real dentist that cares more about the PERSON than the MONEY— this place is a joke
