Went for a cleaning after 1 hour and 15 minutes I was told they do not guarantee to do a cleaning the same day. I had advised the front desk, the xray tech, the hygienist and the dentist what I was there for. Then they ask me if I wanted to come the next day at 9am, I said I was busy at that time, they offered no adjustments. Disappointed at the office staff.
I came in to get a price for a tooth that would be installed on an implant. They told me the exam would be free so I was put through all the x-rays (to many I think but what do I know) then the dental hygienist came in for a gum exam after which the dentist came in for the implant exam. After about and hour and a half they give me a price for the tooth which was $3500. I had a price from my dentist for $1750. I just wanted to compare my dentist price with someone else. I believe Aspen wanted to recoup some of the x-ray cost.

I like the staff and the practice is clean and sanitary. However, we have Careington 500 Dental Plan and they have been overcharging me. The office manager was supposed to return my call 7 days ago. I called again today and was promised a return call within one hour. A song that hen I called back an hour and a half later...they had closed. Beware of their billing system.
Wow. Absolutely terrible money hungry place. Would NOT recommend at all. I went in for a regular check up and cleaning. Was told I needed a deep cleaning because I have a gum/bone eating disease and I also had "a few" cavities. Was then put straight into the office manager's chair to talk money. Spent more time in that chair than I did in the dentists chair. After insurance my total would come to $1,000+ for the deep cleaning I "had to have" and the fillings for the cavities. STAY AWAY!!! They bait and switch you. They give you optimal service and care in the beginning, only to push you aside when it is time for your follow up. They ask how you are doing, and don't even give you time to answer it. My appointment was confirmed 2 days ago and now because the dentist wants to leave early, they cancel my appointment? I cannot eat anything but a milkshake and mashed potatoes! Will NEVER be back. Regional manager is supposed to call me....not holding out hope
