These people are a joke. They are not professional at all. Talking about their personal lives in the room. Also I had 3 teeth pulled and ask for just a few pain medication and I was told no. The dentist Dr Ross tried to tell me that she has had teeth pulled before and didnt take no pain meds. Well I had to have one of those surgericaly cut and she said 800 Ibuprofen would do it for me. I'm not trying to just get pills lady... I'm actually hurting from these teeth being pulled. Thank u for being so rude and unprofessional. I... read more

I don’t know if they are trained to be scammy or if they are trying to meet a quota, but do not mislead people about what treatments they need. A quick Google search will dispel any untruths told about a patients dental conditions. I was told I have gum disease and that if I don’t have the $2,000 treatment then all my teeth will fall out. Gum disease is bleeding gums, loose teeth, calcified plaque, and gingivitis. I don’t have any of that and the hygienist was using scare tactics. I went in for a WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION. now... read more
kept reschedule my appt, to then cancel it, to reschedule, to my just saying to hell with it. nobody in my family will look at them.
Unless you have almost a year to wait for a denture and partial. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. At aspen dental they are clueless. I had my extractions done in February 2018. It’s now December 6 and still no denture or partial. They pulled 2 bottom teeth and neglected to make a permanent partial. Delivered one last week and I’ve never seen such shoddy work. Save your $$$$$ peeps!!!!!!!

They don't shame new patients for getting into bad dental health situations. I was afraid I would get a lecture from the dentist about not taking good care of my teeth, but she just evaluated every tooth and decided which ones could be saved and which ones had to go. No judgement.
Business response:
Thank you for the kind words, Michael! I’m so happy to hear the team could put you at ease. I will be sure to pass it along. — Tammy, ADMI
I called and made an appointment for my husband to have his impression done for his final upper denture. He has waited for almost 2 years to have this done. He works out of town a lot and every time he has managed to get time to come home, they never have an appointment available. He was supposed to have been seen today after taking off 2 days of work to come home for it. One hour before his appointment I recieve a TEXT message that his appointment has been cancelled because they had to close the office early. I immediately ... read more
DO NOT use Aspen Dental in Decatur, Al! My name is Bill Stephens. I am 63 yrs. old and retired. My only income is SSI. In August 2017, I went to the local Aspen Dental office for much needed dental work, including partial dentures. I wanted them to give me a quote on how much my dental work would cost me, because I would have to take out a personal loan since I did not have insurance, which I did for over $6000, and paid Aspen Dental in advance, before they would do any work. On the day of my extractions, the dental surgeon ... read more
