They wanted to me to pay 60% for a root canal before I could make an appointment I also don’t have insurance and the appointment could only be made on Monday or Friday. I called and got hung up on so many times. This place is terrible. I have been reschedule so many times for a root canal that it's laughable that it took me 3 weeks to actually get it done. I have been reschedule at least once for every appointment I've made with resulted in lost wages at work. The personnel sucks they are rude and unapproahable, they don't know how to deal with customers problems. I asked for the number of the regional manager and couldn't get it. I have been trying to get my permanent uppers since last June. I have had appointment after appointment rescheduled. They close the Decatur office without any kind if notice. They said they called me but I didn't receive no call at all. I feel I should get some kind of refund for all the carp I have dealt with.I still haven't gotten my upper denture yet. Office staff suck
From the time I met the dentist....I knew I did not like him. I had a denture consultation so I have two pages of what it would cost to fix my teeth....but no where on this paper work, nor the x-rays does it have the dentist name on them. Regardless, he was a man with gray hair probably in his 50's or older. His bedside manner was awful. He was very stoic, as if he was just going through the stages, saying what he wanted to say, with no smile. I didn't get past the "lady" whom answered the phone. Maybe try being more professional. "But ok". I'll be taking my cash elsewhere. "But, ok".
The office manager is horrible. I had a root canal completed at another location. Fast forward and I begin to have issues with the tooth that had the root canal. I call the Decatur office (I now live closer to this location, unfortunately) and specifically ask if they will be able to address an issue that another location serviced.
