My recent experience with Aspen Dental was great. The wait time was very short and the staff all of them is so very friendly and very gentle and understanding. I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental, in Deleware, Ohio! They were all very friendly and helpful! Dr. Navanit, Janelle(assistant), Jen(hygienist), Sheena(front desk), and Jamie(office manager) are a great team! My wait time for the hygienist and dentist was very short!
I HAD a fear of dentists because of a horrible experience many years ago when I had a crown put on. That crown popped off on a Friday, I called Aspen Dental on Monday, I had an appointment Wednesday afternoon, and appointment to have my tooth pulled that same Friday (unfortunately, the tooth pulled because part of it broke off in the crown). I was in today for a short wax try in and it was quick and easy! I mentioned that I was taking time out of my Birthday day and we had a chuckle over that the dentist wished me a happy birthday and I walked out of the room and there was everyone in the office saying happy birthday ! I was so touched at their kind thoughtfulness!
Very friendly atmosphere, I felt comfortable with everyone. The dentist was very nice also. I'm happy with my new look

Third trip here and all went well with the cleaning, Jen is really good. Only down side is the calls about if you are coming to your appointment. Time was when all a office did was call the day before to remind you. And even on the day of service while I was still at work I was called at home to check, after I called and talked to someone to confirm two days prior.

The staff are always so friendly and take pride in their work. They make the trip to the office enjoyable. Jen is an awesome hygienist and willing to answer all questions. She really cares about her patients and their teeth. Look forward to seeing everyone in the next 6 months!
