I felt self-conscious because the edges of my front teeth were all chipped up on top. When I went to Aspen Dental for my cleaning and check up, Dr. Navanit explained how he could improve the way they looked. No dentist had taken time to address this for me before and I was relieved to learn I didn't have to live with that. He restored my front teeth and I have never felt so confident in my smile.
Will never return to another Aspen Dental. First I schedule an appointment online for a cleaning, come to find out they don’t do cleanings for your first appointment only X-rays (then they shouldn’t have it as an option to book). Second, when I arrived for my appointment I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time. That’s absolutely ridiculous, and shows they don’t respect their patient’s time. Horrible experience at this location. Signed up as a new patient for a cleaning. Went had to supply my own prior xrays from another facility which I called 4 days ahead and was told they would get then showed up and then didn’t bother to get them I had to call a second time to get them. Their X-ray machine wasn’t even working I have just gotten a Bill for 73 bucks for xrays I didn’t have!! Aspen Dental has left a bad taste in my mouth. I did Invisalign starting May 2019. I finished in December 2019 and still have not received my retainer. I have made numerous calls and am always promised a call back which never happens. I have been in the office multiple times to get this fixed, they never have any idea why my retainers aren’t coming. Biggest scam ever a disgrace to the dental community
If I could give them a less than a 1 I would. My husband had dental surgery last week. On Friday he started to be in severe pain. We've been calling their emergency answering service since Friday. No calls back from a doctor. The answering service called us to say they were calling the back up. No call from the back up. It is now Sunday. We've called 5 times with no calls back. We are now going to go to the emergency room.
My denture broke and I went there to get a new one and was told that unless i got other work done first, ht had nothing to do with the denture, they would not do the denture. Of course, the money I would have had to spend on the bottom was much more than the actual dental plate. I felt railroaded! I did not have the money for both and I was not going to go without front teeth. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
The last time I was at the Delaware office the atmosphere was bleak. The receptionist was distant. Things felt so bad I thought they would be going out of business.
