Absolutely love this clinic. Been going here for around five years and have no complaints & no desire to go anywhere else. James, my hygienist is always friendly, thorough and gentile. Dr. Fatah is genuinely concerned for his patient's care. Jessica, at the front desk, is always pleasant and real. You can tell she takes pride in her job. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone. :D
Long story short I went to the Aspen Dental in Ankeny and the dentist there did a poor job on my immediate Dentures but the surgeon from Merle Hay the one who pulled out my teeth named dr. Fresh, Friendly, & Vibrant! The great team at the Merle Hay Aspen Dental always makes me smile. They lighten the mood with their friendly conversations & I love the option of after-work appointment times (plus I got to watch 1 of my favorite channels (HGTV) while waiting in the exam chair). I have always been impressed by how caring the dentists & hygienists are over the years.
I am so very glad I chose Aspen Dental on Merle Hay Road for my dental care. My first visit after checking in it was only a minute or two before Nickie called my name to do my x-rays. After the x-rays she took me to another station to wait for the Dr. She was very friendly and professional at explaining what to expect from the procedures to come. I am absolutely thrilled. I have been to several dentists over the years and have received nothing more than lectures and over priced bills. I came in here due to tooth pain and found out unfortunately that I need to get some dentures for the upper part of my mouth.
