I had to have all my teeth pulled and dentures made. They all went above and beyond the call of duty! If I ever need more work done, this is where I'm going!!!
Best dental visit I've had. Very professional and everything was completed within the time indicated. I experienced a minute amount of pain that I tolerated well. Great people. Nikki was so kind and wiped my face after my partial was inserted as I was numb and couldn't feel anything.
RecommendedComplete exam of all problems in gums and teeth. Also a complete invoice with costs for you and what insurance will pay.
before you even call for an appointment, call your insurance company to make sure they are in network..they failed to inform me of this..they prey upon people in pain..the staff was nice and no issues.

Did appts at Aspen Dental on Merle Hay Road got my dentures assistants were tired and doing two jobs at once they told me that my account was paid in full and had extra to pay in the long run also I needed a tooth pulled I had marked that I needed antibiotics prior to and did not receive I suffered for 2 weeks called the 1-800 number and did not get until about a week or so later and my bottom Dentures still do not fit my bottom teeth useless
QUIT SCHEDULING PATIENTS 10 MINUTES APART!!Do not make them wait for 1 to 2 hours for their appointments!!!

Aspen Dental is a scammer and rip off. They took x-rays that they knew my insurance wasn’t going to cover and wanted me to pay. After I said no because I wasn’t informed ahead of time they refused me service. Best Thing they could have done for me. I am 100% satisfied with my new dentures. I just had some major work done that was submitted to my insurance company ahead of time and I knew exactly what my out-of-pocket expenses was going to be 1 star

After i finally get the root canal they started last week finished i will never come back. I’m in so much pain and can’t eat or barely talk yet they won’t be me in for an emergency. I had to pain with the tooth they told me I had to get a root canal on. Not one bit of pain. Horrible business
