They need stop lying ro do procedures that ramp up the bill. As well as stealing money from patients and ins. When calling discuss billing mistakes on their end excuse is always their system is done.

Been coming here for a couple of years. They claimed they tried to call me but yet I have no missed calls or voice-mail. They gave up my appointment. The receptionist coped a little attitude about it when i said i can show you my call log as i have no missed calls. I took time off of work for my appointment. Completely wasted my time. Im so mad about this. I will no longer be coming here but find a dentist that values my time.

Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. Because they are a money pit. Will tell you that insurance is covering services and then send you a bill and say that insurance kicked it back as not covered.

Waited over an hour for a ten minute exam, front staff was nice is about the only nice thing I can say, dentist was rude and indifferent, hard to understand and talked down to me, basically ignored my needs and was very rough during the exam, jammed a needle into the tooth I needed work on instead of saying sorry he said I don’t need to move, dental assistant ran into my head with her rolling chair. First off, the rescheduled my appointment 3x. I was very patient and the day I came to my appointment, it was only a consultation. I was very disappointed. I thought I’m going to have my teeth cleaned. Ive waited 2 hours inside. They then told me if I want to come back tomorrow morning for my actual dental cleaning. Im glad I’m off on the next day so I can come. I miss my old dentist. Whats the point of going back on the next day when they can do it same day? When I made my appointment I told them I wanted a cleaning and a checkup and requested a female dentist. When I arrived they took a million X-rays and then the dentist came in and it was a man. I explained that I had an appointment with a different dentis, that it was with a female dentist and they seemed surprised. Said they didn’t have a female dentist. No because I went there and I’m having a toothache and when the hygienist called my name I went in and sat at the exam chair and she keeps on telling oh you went to the other locations yesterday and I told her no this is my first time here and comes to find out. She thought I’m the other patient but I told her my name and got mixed up. The other hygienist came and she started doing a bunch of unnecessary X-rays without asking me and I told her what’s my problem was and they billed me $1500 something and I got insurance too.... read more
