I had an appointment @845am i had to b there then turn around they changed my appointment for 815 then i get a text saying sorry we missed u i was there exactly @840 and then was gonna do a cleaning only just a cleaning they had them do X-rays like why i had to get X-rays when i was suppose to get a cleaning done and then they gonna say i need to get a crown, pulled, or ignore it for one of my teeth like how is that impossible?? D’iberville, MS Incompetent and inconsiderate people at Aspen Dental. Have nothing left of tooth but the root, which oral surgeon is required to remove. Have tried for over a month to see their oral surgeon. He supposedly comes in monthly. Have talked to them four times, same story, we will call you, they have never called back on anything, that includes them receiving the referral, getting insurance information, giving me an appointment, getting a rough estimate of charges. They canceled my appointment 4 minutes before the time we were supposed to have it, After two confirmation emails, claiming “they didn’t hear from me”. They called me ONE time on a Friday while I was at work, did not leave any kind of voicemail, and when I called them back they were closed so I left a voicemail. My appointment was at 9:15. They called me at 9:10 to “confirm” that they cancelled my appointment. Aspen Dental charged me $2000.00 for a cleaning. I`m 69 years old on social security and to be ripped off like this is heart breaking.

I am pretty easy going but this experience will be expressed! This group is the MOST incompetent people I ever met. I have came to this dental office 4 times. Some of the staff are nice but overall the group is unprofessional and the office is UNORGANIZED.
