I am not a big fan of dentist however the Aspen Dental employees were absolutely amazing and all my fears were taken care of. I highly recommend this great place! Couldn't believe how friendly and knowledgeable they all were. I am actually looking forward to going back and I never thought I would say that!
The receptionists, business manager are so thorough and knowledgeable, they are able to give rapid detailed quotes, hardly any wait time for receiving or dental hygienist, ex rays, business office or Ive never had to wait long for Doctor. I've recently had and emergency tooth issue and they were wonderful, dr Lacy knew exactly how to treat the issue, they got me in , even struggling to connect base with me, contacted my husband emergency contact wanting me in asap! I have been with Aspen Dental for a couple years now I have never had a bad experience with them their always kind courtesy very welcome I look forward to going to the dentist every six months.I bought one of their professional crest toothbrushes I've thad it for over a year now. it's awesome!!!thank you Aspen Dental for all the good work to do on my teeth I smile with pride. Was a great experience! Everyone made me feel comfortable and was in and out of the office quickly. They are extremely knowledgeable.
First experience was outstanding. I've had a lot of experience with dentist and I've always been a little fearful of them. However, my experience at Aspen Dental changed all of that. The first two people that I met were Karen, the receptionist, and Kim Runde. Both were very professional and courteous. Kim explained every procedure to me so I knew what to expect. Wonderful service. Very caring staff when I had my tooth pulled and cleaning done. Was always scared of the dentist but now I will go to aspen for anything!
They were all very kind. The only thing I didn't like is the openness of the office. I felt everyone could see me and what I was saying. I like to be private :) But overall they were great! I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.
