They are incompetent due to a lack of communication and I feel like they haven't listened to a word I've said. One could say that they practice gross negligence. I implore you not to learn the hard way that Aspen Dental only cares about money, not the patient.

prices are outrageous. $1100 for a 45 minute procedure. never again
I went to Aspen dental and the only thing they did was give me a prescription for a infection. They told me just before leaving the office that I owe nothing for that day's visit then I get a bill in the mail 3 months later.

I have called numerous times and have waited for a follow up for my bill statement that I did not get. When I finally decided not to care anymore they treated me as if it was my fault that I did not receive a bill from them from 2 years ago. It shows that this company does not care to do anything to resolve the issue or to make their customer happy. I will not be returning and I reccomend that people find a better option than Aspen.
My appointment was on time, the person cleaning my teeth seemed to be rather hurried.

In order to make an appointment for my first time I had to speak to someone who wasn't local and through a 1-800 number. I thought I made an appointment to get a cleaning. I get there and I fill out all the paper work, they call my name and first take a couple sets of x-rays, then they put me in another room and take about 10 more different x-rays...ok fine I understand they need to see x-ray of my teeth. I waited almost a half an hour in the lobby to get in. They will not schedule you for a cleaning over the phone. You will have to go in, be seen by the doctor and tech, and have to schedule a secondary appointment to get the full service that any other dentist provides in one office visit. Given the half an hour I was in the lobby, I was easily onsite long enough for the cleaning to have taken place in one visit.
