I arrived just a few minutes early and they called my name right away. The dentist listened to my concerns and we both agreed on what was needed. The lady who explained all our options for payment was very nice and helped me figure out my best options.

I had an unbelievably smooth experience, I was in extreme pain due to a root canal, the front desk individual was very accommodating and the dentist was extremely understanding. I would recommend them to most of my friends and family.

Let me start out by saying that I do NOT do the dentist until I can't handle the pain anymore, due to a very traumatic dental experience when I was younger. With that being said, on Wednesday Dec. 5th I went to Aspen Dental in Elkton, MD. I had never been there before and was a ball of nerves, clammy hands, high blood pressure, the whole 9 yards. Staff is very friendly and professional. They all seem to really care about your experience and enjoy working there. The office itself is very nice. It’s new so it’s updated and has good technology. Doesn’t feel like a typical dentist office. Very welcoming.
