I was there to do a cleaning on my teeth and they tell me I had to do a ‘deep cleaning’. That was weird because I’m always careful with my teeth. So the price was $1,470. I was shocked. But I said yes because my insurance was supposed to cover it. But I paid you (aspen dental) $171. ($171 I could pay in another place to do it and didn’t have to use my insurance) and now the insurance is charging me $222. So I'm paying for everything almost $400. I called 2 weeks ago and told you exactly what my son needed and the name of his insurance...you said you did implants for a front tooth and accepted his Insurance. He had an 11:15 appointment today, you did NOTHING but take his $1,449.60 and then tell him to come back for a cleaning at 5:45 and he would have to travel over 2 hours (round trip) to get his "special x-ray"....also, he would have to pay you up front and go to his Union and make them get the money from the Dental Insurance. they could get the appointments right for what you're there for had an appointment yesterday specifically told them I wanted two teeth removed they tell me when I get there they're not removing the teeth I'm only there for an exam not what I went there for

RecommendedMy first visit to Aspen Dental in Elkton, Md. exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so personable from the receptionist Kelli, to the friendly X-ray technician (wish I could remember her name), dental hygienist Rob, intern Ameri, and the skillful Dr Williams. The facility was clean, modern and following COVID-19 protocols. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking a professional and caring dental practice. I would rate Aspen as a 5.
