Walking in i told them I was out of network for my insurance if anything got expensive I'd need to go in network elsewhere. Everyone inside was super nice except when it was time to check out. The lady checking me out knew I had insurance but not in their network. Tries convincing me to buy their plan and spend 700 on top. The entire time she has complete animosity in her voice. Aspen Dentals facility is State of the Art . Dr McGregor was thorough , friendly, kind and Honest! I am confident that I found a great place to get my dental needs met. The staff were professional helpful and caring. Answered my questions and went out of their way to make my visit the Best it could Be! Much Thanks to everyone at Aspen Dental. Very nice dentist office. From the first person we saw up until the last person were very helpful and accommodating. The icing on the cake was when we had to sit down with Taylor, she was very helpful and genuinely sweet. We look forward to returning on Friday.
Best dental experience I've had in a while. Had to have two teeth, extracted the dentist got in there and ripped them out faster than I could say, are you done yet? And the rest of the staff looked like supermodels but we're smarter and quicker than Candice Owens
🚩🚩🚩All they care about is making money & try to scam you. In posting this review, I noticed others have complained about very similar things. They are trying to take advantage of people. Greed. They do not care about your rights to basic oral hygiene cleaning, and will not provide you with basic services as covered by your plan unless you first pay for extended cleaning services.
