New office Manager Amanda and her new staff have really changed this office reputation around for the better. Dr is excellent at explaining the process and very good at performing. Highly recommend!!!

I'm one of those Baby Boomers who had a rough dentist growing up. He did teach me to take care of my teeth, because I dreaded my appointments. Fast forward to present day and my amazing experience with the team at Aspen Dental. They were so supportive and kind, I honestly think my dental phobia is behind me! Everyone there, is so warm and welcoming. Lots of beautiful smiles and laughter. I have never been to hygienist who is as gentle and thorough as Laura. I walk in and ask how much is the cost JUST to clean my teeth. The dentist would need to do exam. I was Ok with and was told the first visit would be at N/C. After the Dentist examine my teeth . I needed $9,116.00 worth of dental work. All I wanted was cleaning ! Then came the hard sell ,three different people came into exam room pushing Credit Card ect. If I could give 0 or minus stars I would give -5 Worse Dental Office of all times. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL IN ENGLEWOOD OR VENICE. Probably also all other locations. Had to call Charlotte County Sheriff (Deputy Sharp, badge # 3734 Case 2504-026299) to get the last procedure of my treatment done. Although I had prepaid the entire treatment, Taelor, Office Manager came up with an additional charge, which, she stated, had to be paid or no treatment would be performed. My experience with the office manager checking out was just awful. She had an unwarranted attitude from the begging! When I just asked her a simple question she was very curt. Then she continued with the condescending tone while explaining the cost of the procedures that the doctor recommended. As she continued in the tone, I asked to see the doctor and let him know my experience. He didn't seem overly concerned. Worst dental office around! The office manager is rude, argumentative, and extremely unprofessional! They tried to scam me into buying things and paying for products I don't need then tell you they won't clean your teeth. This is an awful place that my husband and I have since left. I work in the medical field and know good from bad care. This place will treat you poorly. I do NOT recommend Aspen Dental!

Can't even put into words how disgraceful this office is and customer service. My husband paid for everything up front even though Aspen Dental is in our dental insurance network. My husband decided against getting dentures which we were charged around $1,500.00 for and they won't refund the money to our credit card. This does not have anything to do with any claims on their system but tells us this is their way of handling things. I was shocked to find an unauthorized charge on my CareCredit account after my visit to Aspen Dental. At no point did I approve this charge, and when I reached out for an explanation, I was met with excuses and unhelpful responses. Resolving the issue was a nightmare, and I had to push just to get any clarity on why I was billed for something I didn't agree to.
