I encountered some communication difficulties with the front desk staff regarding my insurance, as they were very insistent on explaining things their way. However, I am extremely pleased with the dental care I received. Dr. Sean McGregor and hygienist Laura are both exceptional. Laura's skills are truly impressive, and her chair-side manner is fantastic. I leave with a sparkling clean mouth every time! The quality of the dental work makes up for any miscommunication. 💙
I’m new to the Englewood area & Aspen dental was the first dentist I found that took my insurance. Taelor made my experience very easy going & got me in super fast. She’s also super fashionable & has the best jokes. Definitely the kind of person that would have your back in a game of dodgeball. As for the rest of the staff Helen & Laura made the experience a lot of fun & were great to talk with. Dr. McGregor was easy going & right to the point. This will definitely be my office as long as I’m in the area.
All staff were pleasant and helpful. Any questions that I had were answered politely. Dr. McGregor was very pleasant and made sure that I saw my X-rays and pointed out the area of my issue. The computer system went down while I was there, so I was not able to get my extraction appointment in a timely manner.
This is the worst dental office I've ever been to. The Operations Manager, Taelor, is the most unprofessional, argumentative, and rudest person I've ever met in a customer service role. The dental hygienist is in charge of your care plan and will not clean your teeth if you don't pay an additional $421.00 for toothpaste, mouthwash and antibiotics she recommends. Staff was friendly enough, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable and helpful. But the focus on “upselling” really soured me. Got an appointment at 9 am. Was taken back at 9:20 for x-rays. Then a quick periodontal peek. Went in for a chipped front tooth. Doctor explained how quickly we could get it fixed, even discussed a timeline over the next week or so.
