I was shocked to find an unauthorized charge on my CareCredit account after my visit to Aspen Dental. At no point did I approve this charge, and when I reached out for an explanation, I was met with excuses and unhelpful responses. Resolving the issue was a nightmare, and I had to push just to get any clarity on why I was billed for something I didn't agree to.

I had cleaning scheduled 8 AM. At 8:20 asked why am I still waiting? Was told X-ray person late. 10 minutes later still waiting, I left. Talked to So-called manager on phone 1 week later. Very rude and lied, saying they had emergency that day. # 1. Person behind desk too busy and uncaring. # 2. They took 3 other patients in while I was waiting. Filing complaint with United Health Care.

Take out a loan before going here! The most expensive dentist I've ever encountered.You get a visit from the "financial" advisor before , during and after seeing the dentist. $1600.00 for tooth extraction.

One of the worst waiting games ever every room be with you in a minute half hrs later still waiting then you move on to the best experience ever checking out with miss personality Taylor o my God she should be working at. Taco.bell with that attitude.all around stay away from the creeps....

Multiple red flags at this office. The office manager was extremely rude and very argumentative. The procedure was not explained and when asked she was very rude with the presentation like it was a bother. She was more concerned/focused on the $$. I had to call the office day before and ask about the medication that was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy. They had not received it yet.
