Have had 3 sets of upper dentures done because teeth kept coming out. Each time they would repair just for it to happen again. Each office visit seemed to be chaotic and confusing. There’s always delays and staff seem uncertain as to what is supposed to take place. Recent visit was for a wax fitting that did not go well at all. I just experienced discrimination at this office for the first time. I had a emergency walk in I set up with customer service. Got there at 10a.m. The office was empty I was told I couldn’t be seen or get a prescription and they allowed multiple other walk in after me and a helped them.
First off I was excited about my appointment. Front desk did not acknowledge me for when I first arrived. I got there at 4:11 and was called back at 5:40ish. My x-ray experience was horrible took two people to get them done. The best part was finally seeing the dentist (Dr. F). He was a breathe of fresh air and apologized to me on the staffs behave. My BP was taken and it went up the 3xs it was taken that was self explanatory. It was my first and last time visiting a Aspen Dental in life.
