Aspen caused me a great deal of stress and confusion. The Aspen representative at the call center confirmed an appointment. I prepared, got off work early, and traveled 40 miles for the appointment. When I arrived I was told your appointment has been canceled. Not to mention the rep also told me that was insurance was accepted. But wow, when I arrived they said, we don't accept that. Not to also mention that I was in pain!!! Cancer patient with mouth pain!!! Then the craziest thing...the rep in the Fayetteville office says, ... read more

Customer service was below average. I was waiting on a patient and they harassed me to stay in the office even when they don't have enough chairs for the amount of guests in the office. Rude and disgusting would have waited outside in the heat before sitting in an ice box for hrs.

Switch and bait going on here. They advertise that they repair dentures and reline the. They refused to give me any repairs for what I needed. The parts are replaceable and universal to all denture repair. They have the parts to replace their dentures they made, but not someone else's. They were willing to make me new dentures for big bucks. They should have told me this and I would have found somewhere else. They advertising denture repair. Not any stipulations online. Don't waste your time here. 0 stars!!!!!!

The dentist was so rude. She made a denture that did not fit .She claimed It was the best she could do, and that my teeth look like horse teeth. He embarrassed me in front of the other patients in the waiting room as well as the reception area. I was humiliated.awful awful place do not go ,do not. She admitted that the treatment plan was wrong. But, she was too busy to me an appointment to correct the hot mess. She left me sitting there, for over 15 minutes. I refused an extraction thank God

I had a broken tooth on a partial, web site, front of building, 800 number all say, "Walk-ins Welcome!" What that means is one walk - in in the morning and one in the afternoon 8:00 am and 2:00pm. I was too late for the 8:00am so i showed up at 1:00pm, office is totally closed during lunch, someone letting a patient out asked my name and said, " I'll leave a note for the front dest and one for the assistant manager that you were here first." i thought that was so kind and sat in my car until 1:45. Absolutely nothing good about this group. Think of your worst dental experience ever......they are much worse than that, guaranteed!

They absolutely suck at communication. I had an appointment Monday. I was lock out of my email so I was not able to verify the time. I tried calling and calling, even leaving a voicemail. No one called me back and I missed my appointment. When I finally spoke to someone I had to call as a new patient to even get through. Then I was falsely advised to show up for a walk-in appointment which I drove an hr to get to and there not be any appointment available. Worse clinic ever, had a Dr's appt on Thursday (appt made over a month ago) showed up 15 early (military in me) and was told there was no record of an appt, thought that was strange, so I made another appt Tuesday, 9:30am, a couple days later. I get there early (again 15 minutes) @ around 9:40 a lady walks in & about 5 minutes later she is called back, me and another gentleman were confused, so I asked the young lady at the front, what's going on, and she very sharply replies " her appt is at 9:30", I reply so was mine and I... read more
