I went to Aspen Dental, I had a great experience. My problem was I ask for someone in office to return my call about my treatment plan given to me, I have been waiting 2 days. I just have question. This is why I gave a 3 star.

Just brought my 12 year old for a cleaning and X-rays. Both the hygienist and dentist had welcoming personalities and were very thorough. Both of us felt very comfortable and taken care of. I'll be back myself and be bringing my other child soon.

Brittany W. has been a god send. I needed bottom dentures, badly. My teeth were cracked and broken. I was in so much pain. I had gotten a quote BEFORE their system wide shut down. When I came in to pay for my treatment and get started, I was informed the price went up to almost double from the previous quote. I went in, expecting to be met with an "oh well! Just wanted to update my rating!! Since I talked with Megan and returned today for my last adjustment (needed) I ran into a young lady named "Dakota" who solved my problem in 5minutes and even explained proper way to apply adhesive to my new dentures!! It was obvious she new what she was doing and I'm very impressed with the positive attitude Nd changes there since my last review. I would like to recommend them for anyone seeking dentures at this time. Very professional on last 2visits

As up today, after receiving my second credit card statement, I have not had a refund from ASPEN DENTAL FOR DAMAGING my tooth by causing me an infection, ABANDONED IT and having to pay another dentist office to correct their abandonment with heavy antibiotics to save the tooth. I had calls from Aspen Dental corporate offices . They left messages telling me that they were very sorry, etc., but as up today it seems that corporate offices are NOT SORRY ENOUGH to return what paid to get a BAD TOOTH INFECTION from ASPEN D... read more

1 - I went to Aspen (Aspen Dental) for a discomfort in" in tooth (number 4 top). 2. It was diagnosed by Aspen DDS with a "cracked filling" . After started drilling I was told that it seems that a crack toward the tooth's appears. I was told that that I "might have to see "a tooth specialist" ". 3 - The crack filling work was finished. At this point pain started to settled in the tooth. It was NOT just an uncomfortable feeling any longer. Background: 4. After completing 4 quadrant deep cleaning and supposedly settling my bill in full ($1288.80), I received an additional bill in the mail weeks later for 431OI - Oral ID: $24.50. Visiting the office at 2:45 PM today, I questioned what service was provided and was told that the office was understaffed and that I would not be able to address my question today (they're open until 5 PM). BUYER BEWARE!! Aspen's billing practices are mean-spirited: no money up front? Then no appointment up front!!! Can you imagine going to the Ford dealer for repairs and be told, "Sorry, Mr. Jones, but we WON'T look at your car until you plunk down $1000." Well, that's Aspen Dental!! The professional staff doesn't call the shots; the OFFICE MANAGER does. One the most horrible businesses I've had the misery to experience. This company is the moral equivalent of a bail bond business. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!!!
