The doctor was great, customer service was terrible. They even put a person on hold for a long time because she asked about her bill she had questions . If you can put up with the rudeness of the other staff than be my guest. Their about the money more than service.

I had a dental emergency. My appointment was for 5:15pm on 12/21. I arrived the office at 5pm. It was almost 7pm and I was still waiting for someone to take care of me to the point that I needed to leave with my problem unsolved. I was extremely mad as every patient who got to the office after me was attended and left before me. The situation was totally unacceptable and disrespectful.

They tried and argued with me about new patients having free exams as well as x-rays. They charged me $30 for the x-rays!

Highly disappointed in the financial processing aspect of Aspen Dental-Skibo Rd. Customer service on the care end was phenomenal however it's not worth financial hassle. October 22nd, I was told in order to make an appointment over the phone, I would have to pay for the procedure prior to it getting done. After paying for the service, I was later told in the office that I couldn't receive the entire procedure due to being a nursing mother (which I made them aware of during my initial exam a few weeks prior).
