The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY! Everyone was extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns. They created a treatment plan for me and fully explained everything that needed to be done in detail. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Pidgen is awesome! I have to loleace the review for Dr. Joopally though, horrible dentist. I saw him for over a year at the Southern Pines location, I did not know he owned this location until the day I went to pick up my permanent retainers. I waited in the office for well over 35 minutes only to have him glance at me across the desk from the back and an assistant handed my retainers over in the lobby. well when I started going to Aspen Dental I was amazed from the front desk to the back getting the last 6 teeth pulled. I didn't feel a thing. Got a problem now phone system went out not once but twice wasted gas going to an appointment but they were closed the lady that don't my insurance claims and told me what I had to come out of pocket was little high. I seen a set of dentures for the amount I had to come out of pay and my insurance was charged not for a set but a price for tops and a price for bottoms if it isn't solve... read more

I consider this business predatory and advise anyone reading this to avoid these people like the plague. On my first trip to Aspen (Fayetteville) I noticed the office was neat and clean, and I was called into the back after a wait of only a few minutes. The technician and dentist were both superb. It was determined I needed both upper and lower partial dentures. I was given a quote of just over $2,900 and I opted to pay in full upfront for everything. I went to Aspen (Fayetteville) on the advice of my girlfriend, who raved about their service and pricing. Upon arrival, I quickly noticed the office was neat and clean, and I was called into the back after a wait of only a few minutes. The technician and dentist were both superb. A predatory establishment that pressures patients to have unnecessary costly procedures. If a less expensive procedure is available thru insurance, they will not perform it, insisting only the more expensive "out of pocket" procedure can be performed as they will "not risk their license"(?) on the routine covered by insurance procedure. So a procedure covered by insurance cannot be done, yet the more costly out of pocket one can be done because that does not "risk their license"? Sounds shady AF.
