Need to work on customer service. My husband had an appointment today at 11am. They called and tried saying it was at 10:15am. Said if he could be there by 10:30am , they would work him in… he got there at 10:35am and would not see him even though he was the only one in the office and no cars in the parking lot besides the workers. The worst service ever first time appointment and i come to the office and suppose the appointment wasn’t confirm when they never send a message to confirm the appointment. they don't mind wasting your time.
