i am a new client here and I have to say this was the best dental experience I have ever in my life had. Dr. complido and his team are the best!!! I pray they stick around because I will never go anywhere else as long as I live . thank you all soooo much !

My husband went to Aspen Dental and was amazed by the care, professionalism and dedication by the entire staff, especially Dr. Cumplido! We could not be happier with the results! Every visit was great and financing was a breeze! My husband never would have gotten his teeth fixed without them!

I am a new client to this office. I'm 60 y/o and haven't been to a dentist in 10 years for various reasons. I found this office to be well organized, professional, and worthy of my visit. I made an appointment because of other reviews, and afterward, I was not disappointed. Staff was kind, informative, and very professional. Their equipment is state of the art for your comfort. WOW I didn't know that this place was a low rating it's surprising because I experienced no issues when I made an appointment and also receiving service from the staff. It was a friendly open and warm environment with people who love their job. This was my first time being here and I loved it.

My husband hasn't been to the dentist in over 10 years, but he was experiencing mouth pain when he ate, so I made him an appointment at Aspen Dental. We were greeted as we entered, introduced to the staff, met with the dentist and had his teeth examined (including 3-d xrays). so so at the desk bathroom was filthy poop all over the wall and toilet seat also no to toilet paper just paper towels disgusting. staff were surface level predators. please don't go there it was terrible

Well I stated an ending and here it is.This place is worse than buying a car.Frank the Finance liar and scammer on a Permanent/Total Disabled person.They charged up my credit cards to end up with half the implants.Plan on suing and filing a complaint with American Disability Act.Also had a medical emergency that they put me on a show in front of all the staff and possible witnesses.Office staff are all part of the scam.Dentist Dr.Yari will be seeing me again under legal action and punitive charges and damages against her ver... read more

Office experience the staff at the front desk and the office manager are not helpful and dont care about patient satisfaction, also they do overcharge your insurance

Dental work was fine, but they are thieves, We had an agreement and they violated it. I had a verbal agreement with Dr for an implant procedure. He knew and the office manager knew that at the time I requested dental work that my insurance company and medicare would only pay for a complete set of dentures. No implant coverage. I received the dentures they were ok but would not stay in. Dr. suggested I put 2 implants on the lower jaw to assist the lower dentures to stay in place.
