To add onto this, I got quoted somewhere else because I just couldnt believe the pricing from Aspen ($28,000) and the other kind dentist quoted me $2,300 for the work that I was asking. After taking a closer look at the Aspen bill, they were charging to extract all 4 of my wisdom teeth when I went in for something completely different. This experience has been ridiculously frustrating for me because of this place.

The dental work was good, Dr Farid and staff are great but the front office is a bunch of liars. I went to get a full set of Dentures, I was examined, and they suggested what I needed, and I told them what I could afford. We settled on what Was to be done. The procedures was partially covered by Medicare and Humana HMO. I requested they submit the total plan to insurance to see what they would cover, and I would pay for the rest. I only wish I would have done my research on this practice before I made my appointment. I didn't realize it was rated one star, but I understand now why. Long story short after I was made to pay before services were even done. I decided it was not in my best interest to stay so I decided to leave and asked for my money back since I received no service, I was denied that and told by office manager that I would have to wait 2 or three weeks. Just when I thought the customer service was the issue, the Florida City Aspen Dental adds to the problems. I finally go in for a rescheduled appointment and when the assistant (quite rudely) asks about my taking antibiotics prior to the session, I quickly and quite surprised say I haven't taken any and inquire about not getting prescriptions or any instructions to take any. Incompetence!! This place lets too many things fall through the cracks, I'm not sure if it's short staffed with dentists or just plain inept. Either way, I'm going back to my old Dentist.
