I came in to see if I could get gold teeth added to my partial. The Dr came in and said I had some gum issues and needed to get them taken care of. I told him I was scheduled to get my teeth cleaned at the dentist office I’d been seeing. He said well, why don’t you get it done there, I told him why. So after all that..he basically said I couldn’t get the partial without getting my teeth done there!! Ok.. that’s why I came..how much!! I guess since he thought I had state insurance, I wouldn’t be able to pay!!!!🤬🤬🤬
RecommendedStaff very professional and qualified. They are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to explain proceedures. I had seen another dentist in town before transferring here and cost was 3 times more than the same service at Aspen. I had 2 difficult extractions, deep cleaning and new partial and the service has been exceptional! Dental appointments are not fun, but they make it a good experience!
Aspen on Johnson Street will get you in fast for an initial visit, which includes xrays and a doctor looking at your teeth. They will recommend treatment and a cleaning at a later time. You pay for your next visit before it happens. Then it will be a nightmare after that. A bunch of cancelled appointments, by them, because they don't have a doctor or a hygienist. Then trying to get your money back for the appointment that never happened is fun too!
Aspen Dental is a fraud, rip off. They gave me a coupon for a free comprehensive Exam and my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield pays in full for the cleaning and Aspen Dental told me I owed 0 balance when I left that day. I got a bill saying I owe $50.00 for the Comprehensive Exam. I called them and they tell me to take it up with my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield due to a $50.00 copay. Last year I went to aspen since I didn’t have dental insurance and desperately needed X-rays done because I needed my wisdom teeth removed. Once the X-rays were completed the “dentist” told me I had about 12 cavities that I needed to have fixed right away. Before I left the “manager” tried to bully me into putting half of the money down to fix the cavities and schedule a date to come in for them to “fix” my cavities. There were two elderly people in the waiting room who had been in for adjustments on their dentures over 3 times. My husband waited for over 40 minutes to get seen by the dentist who did not speak good English and is the only dentist in the office. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I walked into the office and I had a bad vibe which I should then have just left but I am a person that likes to give chances to everyone. I have to have x-rays done. I had a hard time with that because when you are shoving a big plastic piece in a persons mouth you may get a gagger which I was and not to mention the plastic piece cut the inside of my mouth. Let’s talk about Aspen Dental... let’s start with, don’t ever go there. I went in for extreme pain with a broken wisdom tooth. They scheduled me for a cleaning, extraction of wisdom teeth and 3 cavities. Okay.. I’m getting old, I get it. I go in for my cleaning patiently awaiting my next appt for my tooth pulling. My appointment was at 11 she got me at 11:15 so I thought they were busy but nobody was in the office. Then got a doctor to grind down a tooth and the equipment wasn't working that took a long time and then she started cleaning and then the equipment was was still not working and it almost drowned me with the sprayer.
