First the receptionist snapped at me for not filling out part of the paperwork (Its because SHE had my insurance card and I didn't know the info) - Second the tech cut or at least irritated the inside of my mouth by shoving the x-ray thing into my mouth, by the end of the x-rays I was positioning it myself to get it over with - Third, I have never gone to an appt and NOT gotten my teeth cleaned, so they wanted to schedule a separate appt with probably a SECOND office visit charged to my insurance to clean my teeth. The front staff were nice, but the hygienist and dentist need to work on bedside manners. I also felt as if the dentist was just trying to find things wrong. Knocking on my teeth with metal objects asking if it hurt. What the hell do you think? You're hitting my teeth with metal. And when he examined my gums he pushed his nails into them to make me say it hurt. I will most definitely be getting a second opinion elsewhere.
It's changed so much since I went last year the office manager is horrible, and even with insurance their ripping ppl off! What's the point of insurance if I still have to pay such high prices? Never again will I go there, now my family and I are searching for a dentist. Hopefully some ppl with great manners and that don't charge you an arm and a leg for services even with insurance.
I didn't care for those people what so ever bad bedside manner very rude and insensitive to how your feeling
The place and staffs was nice. However it's been a month and a half now and I haven't receive my refund back. They said it will takes about a week to 2 and it will direct deposit to my account and so far I haven't seen any direct deposit into my account yet.
Front desk lady is snappy and uninviting. I hate this place. It was our last choice because it was an emergency. We will never come back. The receptionist was sitting with my husband and my husband called me and as I asked a question to my husband she chimed in on the other end so I asked if I was in speaker because I wanted to know why she just interrupted my phone call with my husband and i wasn't so she deliberately interrupted our conversation.
