Type of care - Hahaha, no one cared that I was in excruciating pain. Quality of care - abysmal did not ask if I was in pain or even act like they were aware I was there for toothache The Dentist treated me as if I was a drug addict when I kept saying I was in pain! Office experience - well, I had an appointment but, they took 5 patients who came after me first. I was the only one with a toothache! After the dentist looked at my tooth, did nothing, they took me to the "green" room to wait for office mgr to do treatment plan.... read more

Awful experience. Never coming back here again. Drove an hour in heavy traffic just to be told I am 5 minutes late and need to come back the next day.

My mother went to the Warrington Rd. location and had a molar removed. After sawing the tooth in half, pulling and yanking the tooth my mother told the doctor that it hurt. The doctor shrugged her off telling her it was just pressure. The doctor gave my mother who is 71 no antibiotics and no pain medication. Within hours of the procedure she was in horrific pain. I called the answering service for her, because she couldn't talk and asked them to ask the doctor to call in pain meds to my mothers pharmacy. The operator said sh... read more
