I am SOOOO happy I found Dr. Pagan!! Even though he is not a participant in my dental plan, his kindness, compassion, and knowledge makes me thrilled to have found someone so skillful!! His assistant BJ is also knowledgeable and personable. I couldn't be more pleased.
If you haven't tried Aspen Dental's Warrenton Rd location in Fredericksburg, VA or you were not satisfied with it prior to 2024, you owe it to yourself to return like I did or schedule your first appointment! Not sure why there are bad reviews but after a long search for dentist because of insurance changes at my work, we landed here. I would say the only thing that I don't like is the initial appointment as they cover everything but the cleaning and you have to come back a second time. But other than that, they're really friendly, the office is spotless and they have the newest technology. I really dislike the dentist in general but felt very comfortable here.

I got clocked in my jaw by my pitbull and it knocked two already loose teeth even looser. Found out I had horrible bone loss also. Everything at this office went so well. My anxiety was through the roof, and everyone was so patient and kind. I needed 4 extractions, and a bone graft, and got an immediate denture placed. I was a nervous wreck. I had an appointment on 10-8-25. They called the day before to remind me and to let me know they might not get to the cleaning while I was there. I informed them that why I was going and that it was unacceptable. OH, well was the attitude. I'll never go back. Why would I waste time and go back a 2nd time?

From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. I was given a break down of what I would have to pay out of pocket, when we come in for a cleaning, the mean receptionist was very matter of factly, I was told I have to pay a HUGE Amount that was (now not covered by my insurance) seems sketchy to me. But now a days I don't trust nobody. Just check everything BEFORE you do a big procedure.

Type of care - Hahaha, no one cared that I was in excruciating pain. Quality of care - abysmal did not ask if I was in pain or even act like they were aware I was there for toothache The Dentist treated me as if I was a drug addict when I kept saying I was in pain! Office experience - well, I had an appointment but, they took 5 patients who came after me first. I was the only one with a toothache! Awful experience. Never coming back here again. Drove an hour in heavy traffic just to be told I am 5 minutes late and need to come back the next day.

My mother went to the Warrington Rd. location and had a molar removed. After sawing the tooth in half, pulling and yanking the tooth my mother told the doctor that it hurt. The doctor shrugged her off telling her it was just pressure. The doctor gave my mother who is 71 no antibiotics and no pain medication. Within hours of the procedure she was in horrific pain.
