Not happy with the service I received today, first of all I walked in went to the counter and before I was even able to say I have an appointment the young man I believe(Andrew) was him name says,”Have a seat someone will be right with you.” So I do just that, at 11:20am and my appointment is at 11:45am and at this time there was me and two others in the waiting room. They push Care Credit (which destroys your credit). Told me they could not save my tooth and suggested an implant. Quoted over $8000 for work that needed to be done. Charged $900 for a cleaning. Got a second opinion and was able to save the tooth with a root canal. Run- not walk away from this place! I am so mad that I didnt research before going there. Got stuck with a huge bill and lowered my credit score by over 100 points simply by appling for Care Credit.
The staff was nice but not very well trained The on site lab does poor work on dentures Will be going to another dentist to have another set made right
Go read consumer affairs at consumeraffaircom and read the reviews there, I would run & keep running!
Get a second opinion before you commit to any work. They wanted to put $1000 crowns on teeth that aren't worth saving. Glad I went somewhere else before going back
Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t waste your time or money here, they do not care about your well being whatsoever, they only care about your wallet. Called and was told they could help out my boyfriend who needed his tooth pulled really bad with a free first appointment. Drove two hours for them to do literally nothing except tell him he needed to pay $180 for an appointment with a special dentist who is basically an oral surgeon (but not really), to pull his tooth because it’s in his sinus cavity. Can someone from corporate call me. I have a multi day complaint about Aspen Dental that I wish to be resolved.
My 2nd visit because the first one has to be an exam that is nothing but X-Ray in my case as the hygienist was not available, was suppose to be for an extraction and front teeth fillings, for in the chair the dentist says we have time to do one or the other. I explained I drove an hour and was told both would be scheduled and done in one visit. She told me they don't do it that way. I flat out told her I am not a liar, then I was told it was miscommunication. She then talked about it with several others in the area and move... read more
