Poor service. Wait time was awful. Had a 5:00 app, didn't wait in the lobby long, but the wait in the dentist chair was at lease 46 min! Didn't get out of there until 6:45. What's the sense in making an appointment!

I was a bit upset they didn't tell us before hand that you have to have an initial exam before a scheduled cleaning and it took a while waiting around to get anything scheduled so I left without making an appointment

I personally have not had very good luck with them. I have had them cancel appointments due to no Denist showing up x2! To them saying we are moving your appointment time. Instead of asking me, they tell me. All due to yet another Dentist not coming in. Also if you call their corporate number for the first time to get seen to fix a tooth, do understand they fail to tell you that you only get X-rays your first time.
