They over charge and they Con you into purchasing an expensive electric toothbrush. You don’t realize it until you receive your bill. My insurance should have covered everything but it didn’t at Aspen Dental.
I had an appointment at this location upon my arrival I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. The receptionist stated they send text, voice or email message a few days prior to the appointment day and if you do not respond your appointment is cancelled. I had no knowledge of this ridiculous policy as none of the emails state that I should reply or mention anything about being cancelled. Called for their $75 BASIC CLEANING special. They scheduled me a month out. They said I would get a FREE examination. A month later I got a free exam. The lady who did my x-rays was great. The lady who checked my gums had an attitude. She used a tool that made my gums bleed. When it was finished I asked for a cup or something to spit in, she replied "its your spit, you can swallow it." My appointment was at 10:45am and here it is 11:30am and I’m still waiting while 3 people that came in after me has gone back before me. Very bad impression for a first time patient.
I told them I was a cash customer they examined my mouth and quoted me 12,000 for the work. I agreed after some negotiations. when I was to set my appointment to get started I was told I needed 60% deposit of the 12,000 to even setup a date to get started. so they expected me to give 7,200 to them up front just to set a date. What a insult and waste of my time. NEVER RECCOMENDED
