everytime i have a question on anything from my motto treatment . they answer everything & explain everything to me without me feeling judged. thank you !
they made sure i understood everything going on, super nice staff. i had a really good experience.
I scheduled an appointment for some oral issues I had. The dentist was gentle and attentive to my needs. This has been the only dental office that I have been comfortable working with. All staff members that I have encountered have been friendly and knowledgeable. I now love my new smile!!
i set up an emergency appointment with them to see if i could either get a tooth pulled or numbed so i wouldn't have to deal with the unbearable pain. i got the appointment scheduled and confirmed, and as soon as i get there the lady at the desk doesn't even try to search my insurance up then informs me since she cant find it she cant help me what so ever, then mentions even if i had insurance that the dental practitioner wasnt even in and they wouldn't be able to do anything that day anyways. which makes absolutely no sense... read more

Literally called all morning to verify that my insurance is accepted here. I ended up finally being able to talk to someone at the time of my appointment just to be told my insurance isn't accepted.

I should've heeded my own warning but I'm traveling and I have a horrible toothache. First dentist said I needed a root canal so I searched my portal for a network provider. Found one...he is at shown dental. Nope don't need a root. Anal tooth is cracked all the way down needs to be extracted BUT the dentist who does this won't be back for a month...oh wait maybe we can do it...yup Ok...I'll try it even though I had a horrible experience years ago regarding do they take insurance or no...well the emphatic answer is NO!!! The absolute slowest staff ever. All 3 times I have came for appointments, it was around 45 minutes to get called to the back. Then you will wait another hour until a dentist comes in for your appointment. I have literally spent around 3 to 4 hours for every visit to Aspen.

STAY CLEAR IM only giving this place 1 star because that's the lowest rating Yelp let's you give. My granddaughter brought her boyfriend to Aspen today because he has teeth that need treated and removed but the Dr and staff was so unprofessional and treated him awful. They humiliated him and were so rude he left and has to go find a REAL Professional Dentist. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! So paid to see the dentist just to be treated terribly so bad that he left!
