Their scheduling system is flawed. Not only did I have a bad experience with them but my grandmother also had an unpleasant experience. I scheduled my appointment two days ago, and they called me the day prior to confirm. I didn't get back to them, but I confirmed online via the link that they sent me. When I arrived the morning of my appointment, they said they had canceled because they did not receive a verbal confirmation. I went to these people because of their 5 start rating on google. Later to find out that it was not quite as 5 star as I thought. While waiting on Doctor I see a staff member walk down the hall eating her Macaroni and Cheese out of a bowl and I should have ran out then but didn't. The Doctor who was assisting me was very rough but I dealt with it because the price was reasonable enough for me to afford. I needed 2 crowns on my front teeth. Very unprofessional place! I made an apt on Tuesday for that Thursday I received a confirmation text clicked it and received a message saying my appointment was confirmed. Get to the office and they tell me because I didn't Confirm they could not see me. Clearly this office does not have their stuff together.
I've been dealing with this dental office for two teeth to be pulled and cleanings I feel like I was tricked first off into what I paid for this to be done $2000 up front and then they started charging me something that is now on my credit for another $2000 they said they were going to "match" what I pay but didn't instead they put it on my credit be careful with this place they have underlying things they say that are not explained so today I come in for another cleaning thinking this is apart of my $4000 I'm already payin... read more
