Went in for routine tooth cleaning. Complained about a swelling in my mouth to my hygienist. She was concerned, she performed an immediate x-ray of my gums above my incisor and brought it to the attention of doctor who confirmed I had an infection. A decision was made to give me antibiotics and to schedule an appointment with a root-canal specialist the next day. Thank you for your quick actions I'm now scheduled for a treatment that my insurance will cover.
I felt like I was in assembly line, ushered from one spot to another. I was not impressed with the office manager. I don't know if she was a smoker or not, but she smelled like she was, and was unpleasant smell.
Hygienist was very 'gentle' and thorough..However, when leaving I never received a print-out of the exam//only told me what my cost was. I will be calling them, as the expense seemed high compared to my last regular check-up! Same insurance-but am thinking the insurance wasn't deducted?!.
Dishonest people and extremely rude and disrespectful office manager named Christine Nelson. She treated my 86 year old Grandmother so horribly that I went off on her. They lied about the cost of the procedures that were all part of her treatment. They are now telling her she will owe more money for the rest of the procedures. She already paid $1500. After rating them a 1 star because of how they handled my husbands teeth, I contacted their corporate page. The district manager sorted out the problem and my husband is now happy. I only gave them 4 out of 5 because I am waiting to see if they fulfill their promises.
