A very difficult company to work with if you need anything more than basic dentistry. It appears that they are mostly a dentures store. I paid for additional services I never received from a specialist who had no real idea why I was there to see him. Corporate office denies accountability, relying on how each office is independent. Independent office does not return calls. Sad times.
They need to communicate to the clients if things are running behind. Not a word what is wrong with Aspen Dental are they all so inconsiderate
Won't be back. I was 5 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment yesterday they were late 50 minutes and they didn't bat an eye.
Poor customer service. Dishonest business practices. Inept staff, refuse to take responsibility.
Worst experience ever. They didn't care one bit that I was in pain an told me I just had a few cavities. I went to another location today the Areowhead one an they were amazing ! Come to find out the Dentist at the Goodyear location missed everything an doesn't know how to do his job. I told him I was in major pain and come to find out I had a bad infection an need a rout canal done ! Plus another deep cavity he missed. I will never go to the Goodyear location again . A little frustrated with this location. My husband and I had our initial appt a week ago. We were called on the day of our appt to reschedule because they were short on staff. We are definitely understanding people, so with no problems we rescheduled. Our rescheduled appts were today as we were called again to reschedule our appts. We definitely have to go elsewhere for dental which this location seemed not to care about loosing potential patients. Dentist was very nice and professional however I was over charged by well over a thousand dollars and this is week 4 of tying to get my money back. Spoke to the billing dept twice, to the rep who quoted the work as well as the office manager. In total 7 calls with no result insight.
