I have requested they update my family’s insurance three times. Today I get another bill because they billed the old insurance once again. This after I raised a complaint several months ago to resolve the issue. It should not be this difficult.

Last update 30 March Somehow my review on google has been blocked and not seen so I'm posting my experience here to hopefully save someone lots of money and pain. I finally got to see the endodontist and had to have one tooth that Aspen messed up a root canal with a crown done and the other tooth they cracked and it also needs a crown. I'm now $1800 dollars additional in dental fees because of Aspen Dental. The first time I went, the wait was forever, but everyone was professional and was the care was fine. Today, I took time off from work for a cleaning at 8am. I confirmed the cleaning via text and got the confirmation text saying thanks for confirming and we will see you then. The office didn’t get the confirmation and removed me from the schedule.
