i made an appointment over a month ago after verifying with 2 different receptionists that they accept both my insurance and my discount dental plan and i was told they do ...which they also advertise that they accept both of them on their website ...anyway after waiting a month for my appointment which is today at 3:30 they called me to confirm my appt and get my insurance information for the 3rd time only to tell me that they dont accept my insurance!!! their website says that they accept both aetna and United Concordia as... read more

I made 5 appointments for family members. Spoke to an Aspen representative to confirm my insurance and make appt. We arrived to our appointments and told they no longer take our insurance.
