Well... it's a little sketchy with the prices. I prefer complete transparency and honesty. The dental hygienist isn't the friendliest and uses the most judgmental and accusatory vocabulary and seems to always be in a bad mood. Also talks to people like they're beneath her and as if you're uneducated. The x-ray tech even slapped my hand. I'm still working through that mentally. I have never experienced the type of service that my relative received when he had his wisdom teeth removed. They never even gave a follow up called to see how he felt after the extraction. I would never recommend this office to anyone. I would rate them as zero

One if the worst experiences I've ever had with a dentist. Horrible communication, lack of professionalism, rudeness, and overall horrible bedside manner. Staff was not knowledgeable about the billing process and misquoted us several times. My husband had oral surgery and was whisked back and brought out after zero recovery time. I called to request a cleaning, they didn't say it would only be xrays instead of scheduling five minutes for X-rays and a cleaning appointment with the hygienist. Allows them to force a second visit and charge a second copay/get paid for a second visit for the same dang thing. Complete waste of time. Waited long after my scheduled appointment time both times. My experience in Aspen dental: I initially schedule a general cleaning 3 weeks in advance. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was waiting 40 minutes for the X-rays. And another 25 minutes for the doctor. All that to find out that the cleaning is only been done if you're lucky and most odds you'll have to reschedule. I went to the Halethorpe, MD location. It wasn't a wonderful experience. X-rays were taken. Very bad communication. I wasn't crazy about the dentist. It may have been something culturally but his approach was too loud for me. He kept saying, "If you come back and I say teeth are bad you need to listen." I get it, he's Asian and it was just the way he spoke but I give dentists a lot of my money, so you need to be nicer and calmer. The technician and the dentist had miscommunication. By far one of the worst dental experiences that I've ever had. I had recently switched companies and signed up for a DMO plan not knowing what that was. I can't wait until open enrollment to change it! DMO limits you to some of the worst dental offices, this being no exception. As some of the other reviews mentioned they make you do an exam before they give you a teeth cleaning. Who's ever heard of this?!!! It's extremely inconvenient. I go in for the usual x-rays, cleaning and check up one does at a new dentist. Afterward the dentist looks at my mouth and says my implant is causing bone loss and needs to be replaced. This fear mongering works well enough that I agree to it. They print me out a quote for several thousand dollars. By my next appointment I've had time to think about it and do my research.
