I go in for the usual x-rays, cleaning and check up one does at a new dentist. Afterward the dentist looks at my mouth and says my implant is causing bone loss and needs to be replaced. This fear mongering works well enough that I agree to it. They print me out a quote for several thousand dollars. By my next appointment I've had time to think about it and do my research. Horrifying experience. Made an appointment for a cleaning on line. Showed up, they took X-rays and placed me in the exam room. Dentist came in and had a chat. They wanted me to speak with the office manager and this is when I found out my teeth were not being cleaned it was a consult and I would have to make ANOTHER appt for a cleaning. WTH? Who does this? Take another vacation day - I don't think so!

Dont do it, bait and switch, day of surgery get a call to bring in 3800$ or no surgery, after an agreed upon paymen plan, paid 1300$ in cash and have dental insurance. Never again left hand dont know what the right hand is doing. The oral surgery staff and surgeon are excellent, they travel. Great work. Office and employees of practice not so much

Having terrible tooth pains. Searched for an office with Saturday availability. Received a call late Friday confirming appt. Missed call, called right back in less than 3min. Could only reach voicemail as the office was closed. This was around 5:20pm. Online states location open til 6pm so I'm extremely confused as to why I couldn't reach a live person. If I could give zero stars, I would! I made an appointment a month and a half ago for my family. I was called in the morning and asked if I could come earlier, and not once was I advised if I didn't that I would not be seen. I arrived at the time I advised, and they advised me they would only be able to see one of us (three appointments booked). They were disrespectful, rude, and absolutely lacking of any empathy. Show up the day of just to find out they canceled my appointment on 7/14 with no notification saying they had called me to again confirm my appointment, but didn't bother to leave a voicemail. I am here on work and I cracked a tooth, I called plenty of dentist and none were taking new patients due to covid 19. This place was. I told them I am k. Work and have a cracked tooth that needs to be attracted asap. No problem they said.
