Dentist is great. But they over charge for services. They gave me a treatment plan that they did not follow. And over charged me over 200.00 more

This place is always trying to charge you extra for procedures you don’t need. They wanted to charge me 200$ for a cleaning when I told them no way and I started to leave, it got dropped to 47$. Now today they tried again to charge me 47$ for a routine cleaning. While you are in the chair the try to get your verbal authorization to perform expensive unnecessary procedures like squirting your gums with antibiotics after your cleaning for a few hundred dollars. They are scammers.

i went to aspen dental to get my wisdom tooth removed. they were "to busy to call my insurance company" to see what my insurance would pay thus making me pay the entire $1010.00 up front (which is against my insurance bylaws) . stated they would call the insurance company the next day which they didn't do. called the insurance company a week later who stated there was not notations of them calling and insurance stated that i was double billed for the office visit, anastesia and they didn't give me the name the drug that was... read more

The front of the office is TERRIBLE. I've gone to this office for quite a few visits and kept telling myself since I really enjoyed the dental hygienist I'd get past the rudeness and ignorance of the front office staff. Today was the end of it. I'm taking my business elsewhere, along with my insurance payments. I've had my insurance billed wrong TWICE (possibly three because I got too frustrated to fight it). This happened at 11am today 10/23/19. Young white female, long hair. The front desk receptionist Britney (unless she gave me a fake name) was extremely rude. I had a question for another staff, didn't know her name so I said, "excuse me ma'am" twice and waved to get her attention. The receptionist staff gave me a dirty look/attitude about it. I had an appointment there today I was in the chair the hygienist started working on my mouth I stopped her and asked her what she was doing she said I'm doing the cleaning I said that's not what I'm here for she went to check I was told to sit in the waiting room after waiting for about 15 minutes I was taken back to sit in the chair for another 15 minutes and finally the Dentist came in and did the work that I came in for. I’ve been there a few times. I called today due to major pain to the point I can’t eat and was told I’d have a call before 3 pm when they close. I called a second time at 2:30. Nothing. They are closed for Easter and now I have to deal with this pain all weekend. Not happy. BAD BUSINESS
