I am not impressed with Aspen Dental at all in the least. My dentist was rough with her hands as she kept pinching my lips. I asked for some pain medication which the doctor denied. I didn't dispute it while I was there because my mouth was numb and I didn't feel any pain at the time. No sooner that I get to my home and I have excruciating pain. Negative experience! I took a day off from work coz I was scheduled for dental cleaning at 2 pm on 7/25. They took my x-ray and I thought cleaning will be done soon after that. Dentist told me that I'm free to go. upon asked about cleaning, she said there's no further time for that and need to schedule again. I needed cleaning not x-ray. I was pissed off but didn't argue with them and left. they need to prioritize patient's preference and availability.
After my visit I was expected to pay 1200.00 for my treatment plan before any treatment. No other dentists office does what you do. You seem to have a bad reputation.
Very comfortable. Wonderfulf , friendly and knowle dgabe staff. I cannot say enough about their confidence and work ethics.
Had an appointment on Monday at 5:15. The initial visit was good, but I had an appointment at 6:30 and couldn't wait for the office manager to review options. I was told I would get a phone call to discuss treatments. It's Friday morning at 4:33am and I have still haven't heard from this office. The staff and dentist were pleasant and professional, but falling through the cracks of the business doesn't make me feel confident about relying on them for any of my dental needs.
