The service is why I stay...it is Great....But I have to say the Office Help is Terrible...they won't call you back ever... if you have a problem with a bill...takes forever to get resolved...also they filed all my information to my insurance company in the wrong name...Everytime I have a issue with the office help it is major.... I stay because I am pleased with the Services for now...but I hope the office people can do better..
Had a routine 6 month cleaning and check up they were very thorough and helpful throughout the visit .. I go back tomorrow for a crown they work with my Insurance so no out of pocket this year

Staff welcomed me when I entered building. Wait time very short. All staff were excellent and explained everything. I have severe anxiety and the dentist intensifies it. The staff was very understanding.

I went into the Hickory NC office and I was greeted as I walked in. I don’t have dental insurance, but they seemed like that did not matter. I got all of my ex rays and first consult and spoke with hygienist and dentist. They both explained the plan they were looking at for my issue. They helped me find a way to pay for all the work they are going to be doing next week and in July. They were super nice and very respectful.
