RecommendedEverything went along smoothly. The only thing was waiting for a half hour for the doctor to come in and do the filling after the scheduled cleaning was done. Besides that, everything else was great.

RecommendedToday i went to aspen dental in hickory and i must say i was very impressed and amazed. impressed because despite everything going on with corona virus, the staff was very professional patient and kind. Amazed because i had been having a tooth ache for a while. But aspen got me in ,did my paper work ,and got this bad tooth out my mouth. I’m quite saddened to feel the need to leave a negative review, but I believe in the power of reviews. I personally use them for everything, and if this can help others in deciding where to seek dental care, my intent is to warn others to proceed with caution. My mother chose Aspen Dental in November 2023 and entrusted Dr. Matthieu Murphy with doing a single dental implant. I'm not one to posts reviews or anything but I feel like I should be heard for this one. I've only started coming to Aspen since Dec 29 for tooth pain. Everyone was great, and the dentist I saw was nice. I had an incredible hygienist for my cleaning and I was very impressed, but after having my wisdom tooth surgery today everything went down hill. I understand they were very busy and packed and running behind and I have no issues with that, but once I got in for my actual surgery I couldn't believe what happened. I had menti... read more

A total waste of time. I went to have a cleaning and was told that I could ONLY have what they called "A DEEP CLEANING" for $1,900 out of pocket. My insurance covers a "cleaning" 100%. They refused saying it was not possible and offered "special financing" for the "deep cleaning" (Their description covered what in the past was a normal cleaning).
