RecommendedI had new dentures with implants made ! The experence was amazing I am happy to say everyone was very profesional and knew what they were doing with convindence they were very friendly making sure I understud each step of the prosess. Dr Katie is amazing along with all the staff. I am 150% satisfied Thank you all !!!!

They are unprofessional and unorganized!! They took my money just to not go through with my procedure and then tell me I can’t reschedule I have to just do a walk in .

They don’t answer their phone when the voicemail comes on and you leave a message they don’t call back and if the voicemail doesn’t come on it hangs up. The staff were nice but the phone service sucks.

I will start with the only Positive the dentist was amazing. The customer service is terrible. I have spoken with ten people over the course of a month about a processing refund of $482. You can’t call Highpoint directly cause no one ever answers or calls back. You call corporate and they tell you computer issues. At this point they are thieves in my book. It doesn’t take over a month for a refund. Worst experience ever! Update another day no refund thieves
