My mother was rushed in for her initial evaluation and X-rays, but now that she has her temporary dentures that SHE CAN’T WEAR, they keep putting her off. In fact, while we were there for her surgery, a patient came in because she couldn’t reach anyone by phone and wanted to schedule an earlier appointment. The receptionist just blew her off and she reluctantly left. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

PLEASE READ THIS!!! I’m a 67yo lady who thru Medicare/Disability recently (1yr)had dental insurance. After a facial injury I had 2teeth missing and 2wiggling. I definitely needed 4 teeth removed But Dentist Singh told me to get a “tori” removed (A small dip down in the upper pallet). He told me that if I didn’t go along with it, nothing would fit right! They do not provide a good service. They have changed my appointments multiple times without telling me. A month later I am still in pain. No one listens. I have finally had enough of the rudeness. I have voiced my concerns multiple times and am getting nowhere with them. Finally I am through.

Aspen Dental experience… Part 1 We just moved to town and keep our regular routine cleaning and check up up to dat. So I set up an appointment via the call center online. I specifically told her that I wanted an appointment for a check up & cleaning for myself and my 2 children and my husband.
