Dr. Sani is wonderful and caring. The staff is very nice and they are committed to your smile. The only negative comment I have is the phone. Everytime I call I'm put on hold for 10 minutes or more and then cut off.
I went in as a walk in. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out my experience was SUPERIOR. Starting from the check in the front office clerk was super friendly. She was so courteous about my condition and tried to expedite my coming in due to the pain I was in. My husband and I use the services at Aspen. Such caring individuals who make sure we feel like "family". Who likes to go to the Dentist? At my age, I've seen a few. My smile is important to me and I can honestly say, I like going to see my Dentist!!!! I trust in her wisdom and love the personal attention I get. Always takes her time to make sure I have had any and all questions answered. Thanks to every single one of my "extended Family". :)
We have had bad experiences over the last few years with dentists so wasn't sure what to expect with Aspen of Hiram...With the first 2 appointments behind us we are thoroughly satisfied...All the personnel are pleasant and very professional....I will recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care....
My Dental experience covers the Middle East, China, Australia, and a big part around Atlanta, I have met and had work done by some excellent Dentist. So far, my work is not yet complete, my evaluation of Dr. Saini and her team goes beyond a 5. They have gained my trust, completely.
I'm a senior citizen and have lived in many places so I have been to many different Dentists. I have never been happier with a visit to the dentist than I was with Hiram Aspen Dental. I can't say enough about how wonderful the entire crew was. It is obvious they really care about their patients and when I let them know what was important to me it became important to them!
