I was a patient in Shadyside until they closed; while I wasn't happy about having to move locations, I have had nothing but good experiences at the Homestead office. Everyone from the front desk, insurance/billing, the hygienists & ultimately, the physician have all been wonderful. I highly recommend!
Although it took 4 excrutiatingly painful (and condition-worsening) days to get an "Emergency" appointment when I recently had a molar to absess, I attribute that to a less than, perhaps, totally competent screener with whom I had to deal when I initially contacted this facility. I normally hate the dentist but I had a great experience. Dr. Castro was awesome.
I haven't been to this office since they moved from Shadyside. I went to get my tooth fixed and was told I'd have to wait an hour. My wait was less than a half an hour. I was so grateful the people were friendly and treated me accordingly. Thanks
Love this office! The staff always makes me feel so welcomed. Dr. Casto and Rachel the hgynesist were aweosome!! If you have fears of the dentist give them a shot. They make you feel so comfortable.
The staff in Homestead was very nice and polite. told me everything I need get done and nothing else
Just returned home fromn my appointmnent. Now, first things first- I am the world's biggest chicken, and fear dentistry more than anything else. That being said, both Dr. Casto, and her assistant, Nicole Shiring, treated me with courtesy, respect and truly listened to me and made sure I felt no pain, and very little anxiety! Thanks for the care and professionalism that you folks have provided. Still more work to be done but everyone who works there has been great, the young lady that took the impressions and xrays, Jasmine at the reception desk were very accommodating and made me feel at ease..Thanks guys.
