I had my upper teeth removed and dentures put in. I was sooooooo terrified to have this done and the staff were so nice and were able to calm me down. Dr.Casto and Nikkie were who worked on my mouth and they were incredible. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Homestead to anyone that needs dental work. Thank you again ladies.
My first appointment went really well here, I would def. let all my friends and family know about this place. The Doctor and the Staff here was awesome and I'm finally getting the work I have been putting off for so long done.
I recently had an appointment with the staff in Homestead, they helped me figure out what I needed to get completed. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I would tell everyone I know to go there!
Was told they can only do X-rays on the first visit. Go to the ED (which doesn’t have dentists). When I asked why they can’t pull the tooth was told it’s “the Aspen way” [to bill twice and not treat]

they are very misleading with their financial services told one thing only to find out that I have to pay more for them to finish the job don't go there

My elderly mother needed dentures and they said her insurance isn’t covered but the discount they will give her will equal out to the same of what she would have to pay out of pocket if she went to her insurance option.The dentures looked like something out of a bubble gum machine and they said that’s her only option. I told them no way, as we were leaving they said well the doctor said they can order the other dentures and take the ugly ones home for free 🤔hmmm um no thanks. They scheduled my appt wrong which wasted my time then the manager exhibited HORRIBLE customer service skills. Details ... I called on Feb 5 to get an appt to have my crown that fell off, put back on as soon as possible. Got an appt for Feb 12. When i went, they said the crown was bad so I needed a new one, but first I had to go to the office that did my root canal and have them make sure it was still ok. The worst dental service anyone can ever provide. I am going to complain about Aspen Dental to my Insurance provider. I went for a routine check up with x-ray and routine cleaning. I had booked the appointment through their call center and asked for the appointment for all 3 services. During my check up I was told that I was never booked for the cleaning and I need to come back at a later stage. I ended up wasting my time at this clinic.
