Over 2 hrs just to get x-rays and an evaluation, pricing not well explained and with insurance they couldn’t explain why I would have to pay 90% of the bill (4500.00) with insurance that pays 2,000 annually. Would appear they only have one dentist and they have 4 to 5 customers and everyone get a little attention for a while. But long wait times between anything being done. Doesn’t appear to be very well organized

2.5 years and $6500 later I have nothing but a mouth with 0 teeth and dentures that it in the container because they will not fit or stay in. They are so uneven that I can’t even position them correctly on my gums. They don’t want to make it right and say it just is how it is for some people and that I need to just wear them until my mouth adjusts...wth?!?! They fly out my mouth as soon as I open it. Lips are the only thing holding them in.

What a very bad experience. I had an appointment, but they were 45 minutes behind. Then the xRay machine didn't work. I was there to get a quote on dentured, but mentioned I had one tooth bugging me. I told them I planned on dealing with that tooth in the future, and the dentures were the important thing. The dentist comes in and tells me removing the tooth was not problem. Again I told her that the dentures were the big issue, and I didn't have time for an extraction that day. The dentist understood and went to get ... read more
