First visit, I arrived early to fill out paper work. My appointment time came and went. Many came in after I did and got in before I did. After an hour-I left. Second visit. 30 minutes after appointment time I finally went and ask if they were waiting on dentist to get back from lunch—she apologized and went to check. Almost 1 1/2 hour later I was seen. I appreciate that appointments may run over causing a delay for the next patient, but this was ridiculous.
RecommendedVery slow, My appointment was at 5:00 PM, I didn’t get seen by the dentist until 6:30 PM other than that it was fine

Would of gladly recommended Aspen dental of Independence until I came back and Dr.Riddick was gone and Dr.Edward Shameieh came here! No one told me when I made my appointment that all the dentist I was used to were gone! Edward Shameieh is the rudest health care person I have EVER had to deal with. Was very rude from the start and never once made me feel comfortable! Kept judging me, asking me why I waited to come in and being very rude! I went in, in pain, did the initial consult, free as advertised. after the exam we negotiated price, got it down to something I still considered high but was willing to work with, and tried to schedule the next appointment...emphasis on tried...was told to call when I was ready...I was ready that day...but I guess they weren't... this is my 2nd review...wonder if they'll take this one down too...

They literally treated my husband like a dirt bag, and crazy part is he wemt there without pain, and left with a horrible infection today is may6th and went I'm April 30th... NO BED SIDE MANNERS AND NO COMPASSION AT ALL
Would not show x-rays. Told me my bone loss was at 5. 5 is the worst. Put a $135 electric toothbrush on my quote without asking. $21 mouthwash. Did not address the tooth I came in with discomfort. Said I had gum infection and need to do deep cleaning for $1200 with insurance paying 80%. Total quote for work was over 4K. The next day I called and told them I wanted dentures.
