This place sucks. They make endless excuses as to why they screwed up something and have the audacity to make you reschedule. I will never go back to them for any work nor will I ever recommend them. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Googled emergency dental services in Jacksonville and Aspen came up. So I gave them a call for a cracked / chipped tooth. I was happy the call center person I first spoke with made me an appt. for the next morning, but later that afternoon the actual Aspen franchise in Jacksonville called me back and said it wouldn’t be til Thursday to see me , knowing there would be an initial exam, and a subsequent visit for the extraction , I went ahead with them and waited til Thursday. even when you make appointments with them they will randomly change the times and not tell you, or you can talk to other receptionist and change the time and no one seems to know what's going on. when you point out the issue to them they ignore you and go on about their day skipping you and the appointment time you changed to (with their receptionist) until they can hunt down that person even if it takes an hour or longer. such a mess. such a bad experience. they never have enough staff either... they always have only one ... read more

Don't go here unless you want to be told BS! The dentists are great, the office staff is rude and thinks it's ok for people to work while under the influence of pain meds with no regard to the patient. The receptionist is the only exception.

Worst dental experience ever. I called to schedule a cleaning and a cleaning only. I was lied to multiple times when asking questions about the price and services I was asking for while being told todays services were free. I knew better! After a 60 min wait, xrays, 'checkup' and NO cleaning I was told I owed $105. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Friendly enough place but when it came time to make appointment to get work done they would not let me spend 4200.00 bucks and make an appointment because I did not have MY ID. Can you believe it. I made the original appointment online and they did not ask for any identification when I got there but to schedule the work no way without ID. I burned my original by accident and have old license until my appointment on 26th to get replacement.
