Awful experience. My wife just went in for a very painful broken tooth. They said the examination would be free. 2 hours later and a huge sales pitch later they wouldn't even issue antibiotics without agreeing to a payment plan for future work done. She had to go back in to finally ask if she was even going to get antibiotics for the infection and they didn't bother prescribing anything for pain. They literally just want you to agree to an outrageous payment plan and do not care about actually helping you until then.

They did not help with the emergency issue that I had. And while I was understanding of the fact that it’s hard to diagnose in one shot I am still appalled at the way my situation was handled. Two days after the temporary fix came off I went to them and told them that I thought maybe there was an infection. They were too busy to see me so I asked if they could call in an anabiotic I was told that they would do that but I just needed to be patient and wait till the end of the day. These people won’t answer their phone! Four days in a row I have left msgs and tried every single option on every single number on the net as well as emergency phone numbers and I can’t find anyone to help me!!!

Aspen Dental is the absolute worst and would never recommend anyone going to this place , I went there for two crowns and after they messed up both teeth I had to go to a Specialist for two root canals so instead of it costing me 2000 it ended up costing me 5000

They made my adult daughter cry and feel bad about herself. They cut her gums and wouldn't give her anything for pain. They were suppose to call in a prescription for her but never did. They were rude and had her in more pain when she let than she did when she got there. I will never recommend you all to anyone.
